Cherokee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 21-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wheeler Wildcats. That's two games in a row now that the Warriors have lost by exactly 13 points.

When it comes to explaining why Cherokee lost, don't look at Brandon Hamilton. Despite the final result, he rushed for 123 yards and one touchdown. Hamilton's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 123 rushing yards.
