Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Muskogee). They never let the Putnam City Pirates get on the board and left with a 25-0 victory on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Roughers, who have now won six games by six runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Muskogee and bumps their season record up to 7-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 21.5 runs over those games. As for Putnam City, their defeat was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5.

Muskogee didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 7-0 loss against Bartlesville on the 22nd. As for Putnam City, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 16-2 defeat against Edmond Santa Fe on the 22nd.
