University put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 17-0 margin over the Pueblo South Colts. Considering the Bulldogs have won eight matchups by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Kenzie Wyatt made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up a single earned run in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Natalie Galindo was incredible, going 1-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Bergen Duarte was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI and one double.

University was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .579. The last time their batting average was this high was back in October of 2024.

University's record now sits at 10-0. As for Pueblo South, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-9.

University wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 12-2 loss against Elizabeth on the 6th. As for Pueblo South, they have also already played their next contest, an 11-7 victory against Strasburg on the 6th.
