Basketball Recap: King Find Success

King's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They snuck past the Mount St. Charles Academy Mounties with a 91-86 win.

Aj Trimboli was a one-man wrecking crew as he shot 45% from the field to rack up 33 points and six assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan Trimboli, who went 6-for-9 on his way to 16 points and five rebounds.

The victory got King back to even at 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. King will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Pomfret School at 5:00 p.m. on December 3. As for Mount St. Charles Academy, they will venture away from home to square off against Albany Academy for Boys at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
