Basketball Recap: Flintridge Sacred Heart Comes Up Short

Flintridge Sacred Heart was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 62-48 to the Immaculate Heart Pandas. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pandas this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 52-38 back in January.

Camille Glover was her usual excellent self, putting up 18 points along with seven boards and five steals for Immaculate Heart. Glover is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Nora Ito, who posted 14 points.

Flintridge Sacred Heart's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Immaculate Heart, their victory bumped their record up to 15-7.

Flintridge Sacred Heart does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Immaculate Heart, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 45-31 defeat against Huntington Beach on the 13th.
