Soccer Game Preview: Solon vs. Twinsburg

For the second straight game, Solon will face off against Twinsburg. The Comets will square off against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Solon's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Solon heads in on the heels of a playoff contest on Saturday. They fell just short of Twinsburg by a score of 1-0. Solon haven't had much luck with Twinsburg recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Twinsburg has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up five goals over those 11 matches. As for Solon, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6-1.
