Softball Recap: Greene County Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Greene County's offense. They lost 9-0 to the Prairie City-Monroe Mustangs on Saturday. The loss continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Mustangs: they've now lost six in a row.

Greene County's defeat dropped their record down to 16-12. As for Prairie City-Monroe, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 24-4.

As of now, neither Greene County nor the Mustangs have any future games scheduled.
