Softball Recap: Janesville Comes Up Short

Janesville blew Rockford out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Rockford got their revenge. The Wildcats fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 4-2. That's two games in a row now that the Wildcats have lost by exactly two runs.

Janesville is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-11. As for Rockford, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-12.

Janesville has already played their next contest (against Hudson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Rockford, they will take on Garner-Hayfield/Ventura at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
