Baseball Recap: Buffalo Find Success

Buffalo won the last time they faced Eden Prairie and things went their way on Friday too. The Bison walked away with a 6-2 win over the Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bison.

AIDEN MARCONETT made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two runs.

In other batting news, DOLEN BRISK was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2025. Another player making a difference was JACK O'BRIEN, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.

Buffalo's record is now 8-2. As for Eden Prairie, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.

Coming up, Buffalo will square off against Monticello at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Bison 3.6, the Magic 2.7) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Eden Prairie, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Champlin Park at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
