Baseball Game Preview: Chapel Hill Panthers vs. Campbell Spartans

The Chapel Hill Panthers will face off against the Campbell Spartans at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Chapel Hill hasn't scored more than two runs for four games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

Chapel Hill came up short against East Coweta on Friday, falling 15-1.

Chapel Hill saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jackson Lawrence, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Campbell lost 13-6 to Harrison on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Spartans in their meetings with the Hoyas: they've now lost three in a row.

Tyler Ferguson made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one triple and one RBI. That triple was his first of the season.

Chapel Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Campbell, their loss dropped their record down to 3-9.
