Football Recap: Nelsonville-York Extends Winning Streak to Six

Nelsonville-York put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They strolled past the Meigs Marauders with points to spare, taking the game 25-8. Given the Buckeyes' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 244th, while the Marauders are ranked 550th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Austin Gautier produced another solid effort rushing for 160 yards and a pair of scores, while also throwing for 19 yards and one touchdown. Another back making a difference was Walker Stone, who rushed for 58 yards and one TD on only seven carries.
