Basketball Recap: MMI Preparatory School Comes Up Short

MMI Preparatory School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans, falling 61-9. While losing is never fun, MMI Preparatory School can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 595th, while Greater Nanticoke Area is ranked 257th).

MMI Preparatory School's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Greater Nanticoke Area, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

MMI Preparatory School will be playing in front of their home fans against Tunkhannock at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Greater Nanticoke Area, they are taking a road trip to take on Lake-Lehman at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
