The Miller Grove Wolverines will face off against the Mundy's Mill Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Miller Grove is coming into the contest hot, having won their last six games.
On Thursday, Miller Grove got the win against Tucker by a conclusive 29-6. Considering the Wolverines have won 14 matchups by more than six runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Armonie Morrison, who fired off two home runs, eight RBI, and four runs while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. She has been hot recently, having also posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played. JaNiya Smith was another key player, getting on base in all five of her plate appearances with three stolen bases, five runs, and two RBI.
Miller Grove always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .829. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .639 or higher in four consecutive games.

Mundy's Mill saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maliah Montano, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base.
Miller Grove's win bumped their record up to 16-1. As for Mundy's Mill, their loss dropped their record down to 8-12.
Monday's matchup might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Miller Grove has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .792. However, it's not like Mundy's Mill struggles in that department as they've averaged .563. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
