Basketball Game Preview: Northern York Polar Bears vs. Susquehannock Warriors

Northern York hasn't had much luck against Susquehannock recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Northern York Polar Bears will be playing in front of their home fans against the Susquehannock Warriors at 7:00 p.m. Northern York's defense has only allowed 29.8 points per game this season, so Susquehannock's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Last Thursday, Northern York took their game with ease, bagging a 49-19 win over Gettysburg. The Polar Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 21 points or more this season.

Susquehannock might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 52-45 to West York Area, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northern York pushed their record up to 14-2 with the victory, which was their 21st straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.6 points per game. As for Susquehannock, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-7.
