Soccer Recap: Cabrillo Takes a Loss

After flying high against Compton last Thursday, Cabrillo came back down to earth. The Cabrillo Jaguars fell just short of the Lakewood Lancers by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Jaguars couldn't quite close it out.

Having lost for the first time this season, Cabrillo fell to 3-1-1. As for Lakewood, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Cabrillo will be playing in front of their home fans against Millikan at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lakewood, they will venture away from home to square off against Compton at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
