Soccer Recap: Galileo Takes a Loss

If Galileo was feeling good fresh off their 4-1 takedown of Marshall last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Galileo Lions fell just short of the San Francisco International Huskies by a score of 3-2 on Friday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in January.

Galileo's loss dropped their record down to 6-2-1. As for San Francisco International, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Coming up, Galileo will challenge O'Connell at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. San Francisco International does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
