Softball Recap: Calvin Takes a Loss

Calvin fell victim to Moss and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 1-0. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Pirates recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Calvin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Moss, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-11.

Calvin has already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against Coleman on the 9th. As for Moss, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 9-8 victory against Strother on the 9th.
