Covington Academy benefitted from Sloan in 30-0 victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Skylor Sloan stepped things up a notch to give Covington Academy the 'W'. Nathanael Greene Academy had no answer to Sloan as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (he also didn't allow any walks).
Sloan and Covington Academy will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Trinity Prep at 3:30 p.m. Covington Academy is 4-0 against Trinity Prep going back to April of 2018, a lead they'll look to extend.
