Soccer Game Preview: Liberty vs. Corcoran

The Liberty Hawks will take on the Corcoran Panthers in a tournament on Wednesday. Liberty will be strutting in after a win while Corcoran will be coming in after a defeat.

Liberty will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any goals two weeks ago, then bounced right back against Minarets on Tuesday. The Hawks never let the Mustangs get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. Considering Liberty's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Meanwhile, after soaring to six goals the game before, Corcoran was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They came up short against Golden West, falling 10-0.

Liberty's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Corcoran, they now also have a losing record of 1-2.
