Baseball Recap: Collins Hill Takes a Loss

Collins Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 7-2 to the Mill Creek Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-3 last Monday.

Collins Hill saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was TJ Wilson, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Collins Hill's loss dropped their record down to 15-13. As for Mill Creek, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-11.

While Collins Hill had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
