Cowanesque Valley hadn't done well against North Penn-Liberty recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Cowanesque Valley Indians secured a 41-37 W over the North Penn-Liberty Mountie. The victory was nothing new for the Indians as they're now sitting on four straight.

Despite the loss, North Penn-Liberty still got an impressive performance from Haley Litzelman, who posted 22 points in addition to seven rebounds and six assists. Litzelman's evening made it seven games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

Cowanesque Valley's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.5 points per game. As for North Penn-Liberty, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.
