Softball Recap: South Callaway Falls to North Callaway in First Game of Season

South Callaway unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 13-1 to the North Callaway Thunderbirds on Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

North Callaway's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Callaway will welcome Vienna at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for North Callaway, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Van-Far at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
