Millikan has gone 10-0 against Lakewood recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Millikan Rams will venture away from home to square off against the Lakewood Lancers at 5:00 p.m.

Saturday just wasn't the day for Millikan's offense. They fell just short of Liberty by a score of 1-0 on Saturday.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Lakewood brought some dynamite into their most recent match. Their defense stepped up to hand Compton a 9-0 shutout on Thursday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Lancers' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

The victory got Lakewood back to even at 2-2. As for Millikan, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2-2.

Everything went Millikan's way against Lakewood when the teams last played back in January, as Millikan made off with a 7-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Millikan since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
