Softball Recap: St. Dominic Takes a Loss

St. Dominic lost against Winfield back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Crusaders fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that the Crusaders have lost by just one run.

St. Dominic's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Winfield, their win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Dominic will take on St. Joseph's Academy at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Winfield, they will challenge St. Charles at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
