Soccer Recap: San Lorenzo Valley Takes a Loss

San Lorenzo Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Soquel Knights. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Cougars haven't been shut out since back in December of 2024.

San Lorenzo Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Soquel, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-3-1.

San Lorenzo Valley didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 0-0 loss against Aptos on the 4th. As for Soquel, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 0-0 draw against Santa Cruz on the 4th.
