Liberty is a perfect 10-0 against Centennial since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Patriots will venture away from home to challenge the Golden Hawks at 6:00 p.m. Liberty knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Centennial likes a good challenge.

Liberty is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They put the hurt on Frontier with a sharp 12-0 win on Wednesday. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Liberty's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 62nd, while Frontier are ranked 693rd).

Meanwhile, Centennial has been on a difficult stretch since their win on the 3rd. They lost 6-0 to Garces Memorial on Friday.

Liberty has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those eight matches. As for Centennial, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-11-3.

Everything went Liberty's way against Centennial in their previous matchup two weeks ago, as Liberty made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Patriots since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
