It was fun while it lasted, but Tracy's undefeated season came to an end after four games on Wednesday. They fell just short of the St. Mary's Rams by a score of 1-0. The Bulldogs were probably out for revenge after losing 2-1 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Having lost for the first time this season, Tracy fell to 4-1. As for St. Mary's, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Tracy and St. Mary's should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. Tracy (ranked 63rd) will meet West (ranked 621st) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Tracy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.7 goals per game this season. Similarly, St. Mary's will face off against Kimball at 7:00 p.m. on Friday up 710 places (55 vs. 765).
