Baseball Recap: Hackensack Comes Up Short

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, Hackensack was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They fell 7-2 to the Teaneck Highwaymen. The defeat continues a trend for the Comets in their meetings with the Highwaymen: they've now lost five in a row.

Hackensack saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jambie Castillo, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run.

Hackensack's loss dropped their record down to 12-16-1. As for Teaneck, their victory bumped their record up to 12-17.

Coming up, Hackensack will host Leonia at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. Teaneck does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
