South Effingham won the last time they faced Statesboro and things went their way on Tuesday too. The South Effingham Mustangs won by a goal and slipped past the Statesboro Blue Devils 2-1. That's two games straight that the Mustangs have won by just one goal.

South Effingham's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-2. As for Statesboro, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-6 record.
