Basketball Recap: Nordhoff's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Nordhoff won the last time they faced Channel Islands and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Nordhoff Rangers strolled past the Channel Islands Raiders with points to spare, taking the game 50-35. The victory was nothing new for the Rangers as they're now sitting on four straight.

Nordhoff's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cadence Renshaw, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 12 boards. With that strong performance, Renshaw is now averaging an impressive 15.1 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Crystal Ramirez, who posted 15 points along with five rebounds and five steals.

Nordhoff smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in four consecutive matches.

Nordhoff is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. As for Channel Islands, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5.
