Softball Recap: Wilson-Henryetta Sets Scoring Season-High Against Chouteau-Mazie

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wilson-Henryetta). They put the hurt on the Chouteau-Mazie Wildcats with a sharp 12-4 victory on Friday. The Tigers not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 3, 2024 (when they won 16-8).

Wilson-Henryetta's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-2. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Chouteau-Mazie, they moved to 8-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wilson-Henryetta will take on Dewar at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chouteau-Mazie, they will face off against Ketchum at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
