Calvary Day extended their postseason success on Thursday against Whitefield Academy. They were the clear victors by a 12-5 margin over the WolfPack. The Cavaliers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 matches by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Ryan Wallace, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs, two RBI, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Max Arnold, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.

The victory (which was Calvary Day's seventh in a row) raised their record to 22-7. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. As for Whitefield Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-9.

Calvary Day will have a chance to go back-to-back against the WolfPack: the pair will be back at it again later today.
