Basketball Game Preview: Aquinas Falcons vs. Indian Springs COYOTES

The Aquinas Falcons will take on the Indian Springs COYOTES at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Aquinas is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

Aquinas' tournament run continued when they took on Yucca Valley on Saturday. Aquinas lost 45-22 to Yucca Valley.

Despite the defeat, Aquinas saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Jordyn Williams posted seven points and 18 rebounds. Those 18 boards set a new season-high mark for Williams. Another player making a difference was Vanessa Lear, who earned nine points and seven rebounds.

Meanwhile, Indian Springs came up short against Alta Loma on Thursday, falling 57-37. The COYOTES haven't had much luck with the Braves recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Aquinas' loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Indian Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.
