La Cueva has gone 6-1 against Santa Fe recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Bears will challenge the Demons at 11:00 a.m. La Cueva will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

La Cueva is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New Mexico's top teams: Capital, who was ranked 11th at the time (La Cueva was ranked first). The Bears skirted past the Jaguars 2-1. La Cueva found success even though the refs didn't miss a thing: Brice Clark and Pedro Arana were both handed yellow cards.

Clark was the driving force of La Cueva's attack as he scored both of La Cueva's goals, bringing his season total up to 13 goals.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Santa Fe made sure to put some goals up on the board against Hope Christian on Thursday. They came out on top against the Huskies by a score of 4-2. Both teams had to tread carefully at times as the refs weren't afraid to hand out yellow cards: Keelan Smith was handed one for Santa Fe, while Hope Christian got theirs courtesy of Manu Garbarino.

Santa Fe's victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for La Cueva, their win bumped their record up to 11-1-1.
