Wheeler is on a seven-game streak of home losses, and North Cobb a ten-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Thursday. The Wheeler Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the North Cobb Warriors at 5:00 p.m. Wheeler has given up an average of 10.1 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Wheeler and North Cobb have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Tuesday. The Wildcats lost 11-1 to the Warriors.

Wheeler saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Vaden McCarty, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

With that tie, North Cobb's record moves to 7-21-1. As for Wheeler, their loss dropped their record down to 3-23.
