Softball Recap: Washington Takes a Loss

Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 27th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 12-2 to North Fayette Valley. The Warriors were not able to make up for their loss to North Fayette Valley from their previous meeting back in June of 2019.

Washington's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for North Fayette Valley, their victory ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-12.

Washington has already played their next game (against Cedar Falls), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for North Fayette Valley, they have also already played their next contest, a 6-1 loss against Kee on the 21st.
