California leads way with 10, including Kawhi Leonard, Klay Thompson and James Harden.

With opening night of the 2022-23 NBA season upon us, we took a deep dive on the high schools of past All-Stars getting ready to begin the season. California has the most former All-Stars with 10, including four who have won a NBA title — Jrue Holiday, Kawhi Leonard, Brook Lopez and Klay Thompson.

Texas and North Carolina each have five active NBA All-Stars. Illinois follows with four, while Florida has three.

Chaminade (St. Louis, Mo.) and Montverde Academy (Montverde, Fla.) are the only high schools in the United States to have two NBA All-Stars. Chaminade has Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics and Bradley Beal of the Washington Wizards while Montverde has Ben Simmons of the Brooklyn Nets and D'Angelo Russell of the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Read on for a complete breakdown.
