Tywon Pinkney (5-10, 160, Sr., G), Darien Walker (6-1, 165, Sr., G)
Keep an eye on: Steve Taylor (6-7, 200, Jr., F)
Scouting report: The Wolverines lost leading scorer Brandon Spearman to the University of Dayton, but just about everybody else returns from a team that clicked at the end of the 2009-10 season for an impressive state-title run.
Spearman's production should be replaced by the combination of Parker – Chicago's top freshman a year ago – and Taylor, who left the program mid-season only to return a few days later. He is a fast-rising prospect garnering praise as possibly the state's best in the 2012 class.
Depth will be strength for Derrick Rose's alma mater. Simeon returns 10 players who played in at least 30 of the team's 34 games last season.
