Prince Avenue Christian faced Hebron Christian in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Wolverines narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Lions 5-4. The victory was nothing new for the Wolverines as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Prince Avenue Christian's record now sits at 24-3. As for Hebron Christian, the defeat snapped their winning streak at 12 games and leaves them with a 23-2 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Prince Avenue Christian will challenge Loganville at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Hebron Christian, they will square off against Westminster at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
