Soccer Recap: Westchester Finds Playoff Glory Versus Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Westchester walked away with it. Their defense stepped up to hand the Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology Griffins a 3-0 shutout on Wednesday. The score was close at the half, but the Comets pulled away in the second half with two goals.

Westchester's victory bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology, they dropped their record down to 5-11 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.
