Leuzinger skates past Centennial with ease

The Leuzinger Olympians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 22 points or more this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat Centennial 71-4 on the road. That looming 71-4 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Leuzinger yet this season.

It was another big night for Dresha Moore, who scored 30 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Those 30 points set a new season-high mark for her. The team also got some help courtesy of Andrea Lopez, who scored 17 points along with seven assists.

Leuzinger has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season. As for Centennial, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Leuzinger will take on Morningside at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Morningside sitting on four straight victories and Leuzinger on five. As for Centennial, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Inglewood at 4:30 p.m. on January 5th. Inglewood is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.
