Softball Recap: Tri-County Comes Up Short

Tri-County blew Meadville out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Friday Meadville got their revenge. The Mustangs fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 8-6. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Tri-County's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Meadville, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coincidentally, Tri-County and Meadville will both be playing Braymer the next time they take the field. The Mustangs will host the Bobcats at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Eagles will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
