After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hudson, West Boylston/Tahanto was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Oakmont Regional Spartans 45-0. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by 22 points or more this season.

West Boylston/Tahanto's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Oakmont Regional, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

West Boylston/Tahanto and Oakmont Regional will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Lions see the field they'll take on Maynard at 10:00 a.m. on November 27. As for Oakmont Regional, their break will end when they face Lunenburg at 6:00 p.m. on November 26.
