Paint Branch had won three straight games and Alijah Bah did his part to make it four on Friday. The Panthers strolled past the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons with points to spare, taking the game 18-0 with plenty of help from Bah, who rushed for 248 yards and one TD while picking up 11.3 yards per carry, and also picked up 43 receiving yards and one touchdown. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 114.6 rushing yards per game.

Paint Branch's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Bethesda-Chevy Chase, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-3.

Looking ahead, Paint Branch is taking a road trip to face off against Springbrook at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers will be up against the Blue Devils' rather soft defense (which has allowed 51.25 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
