Telfair County got themselves on the board against Dublin on Wednesday, but Dublin never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Fighting Irish with a sharp 11-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Fighting Irish: they've now won six in a row.

Lylah Cate Jones made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over five innings pitched. Jones was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles and one RBI.

In other batting news, Ryleigh Jones was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Hennessy Livingston was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.

Telfair County was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .565. The last time their batting average was this high was was before the start of last season.

Telfair County's win bumped their record up to 2-0.
