Central lost to Nazareth Academy back in May of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rockets fell just short of the Roadrunners by a score of 4-3. The Rockets' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Liam Schultz was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two runs.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 15-18-2. As for Nazareth Academy, their win was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 25-9.

Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Nazareth Academy, they will square off against Riverside-Brookfield at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
