How to watch: UIL Open Class marching band contest

Alamodome in San Antonio plays host to event over the next two weeks.

The University Interscholastic League Open Class marching band contest is coming to the Alamodome in San Antonio over the next two weeks.

The contest begins Nov. 3-5 for Conference 2A, 4A and 6A and continues Nov. 10-12 for Conference 1A, 3A and 5A.

Winners from last year's competition include Hebron (Carrollton) (6A), Cedar Park (5A), Celina (4A), Mineola (3A), Sundown (2A) and Irion County (Mertzon) (1A).

Tickets are $22 plus fees for a single session and $38 plus fees for a double session. Visit the UIL official site for more information.
