Meanwhile, Denver Academy played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by SkyView Academy and fell 88-15. The Mustangs have struggled against the Hawks recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Luc Stanley was Denver Academy's leading scorer, having posted 11 points. Owen Beams held things down on the boards with five rebounds.

Heritage Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Denver Academy, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

Everything came up roses for Heritage Christian against Denver Academy when the teams last played back in February of 2024, as the squad secured an 81-29 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Heritage Christian since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
