Recap: Blackhawk Cougars vs. Beaver Bobcats
The Blackhawk Cougars can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent game on Monday. They claimed a resounding 42-14 victory over Beaver on the road. The win was nothing new for Blackhawk as they're now sitting on seven straight.
It was another big night for Alena Fusetti, who scored 19 points along with two steals. She is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Piper Romigh, who scored five points along with seven steals and five rebounds.
Blackhawk's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-2. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 43 points. As for Beaver, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Blackhawk will challenge Freedom Area at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Beaver, they will head out on the road to square off against Hopewell at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
