Baseball Recap: Immaculate Comes Up Short

Immaculate lost to New Fairfield back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mustangs took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rebels. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Immaculate's defeat dropped their record down to 11-8. As for New Fairfield, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season.

Immaculate does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for New Fairfield, they will welcome New Milford at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Rebels' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Green Wave have averaged an impressive 6.5 runs per game this season.
